Vodka Luges

If there were two things that make a party - a party, then they must be a Mixologist to make your cocktails and a Vodka Luge for you and your guests to have fun with!

What is a Vodka Luge?

It is a hand-carved Ice sculpture (approx 1m high) with a hollow tube or channel carved through the piece. Vodka or ANY alcoholic drink is poured into the top of the hollow tube. The alcohol wends its way at lightening speed through the Luge cooling down rapidly and finally exiting at a lower point in the Luge. The liquid is then either caught by a shot glass (preferable) or your mouth over the exit.

Why?

Vodka Luges are experience-based activities. When the Vodka (for example) is poured into the Luge it is at ambient temperature. As it exits at the bottom of the Luge, the liquid is cold, very cold indeed.

The 'idea' is then to 'knock-back' the vodka in 'one-go'. Initially all you will taste is the flavour of the vodka (vanilla, peach raspberry, lemon etc.,).

As it travels down your throat it warms up rapidly and then... Bam!

The alcohol hits you like a thundering arctic lorry zapping down the M1 at 90 miles an hour (totally illegal of course and we wouldn't condone that at all... traveling down the M1 at 90 mph that is...)

A Vodka Luge will get your party off to a phenomenal start...and then continues that way for the rest of the evening.

Delivery: Location dependent, but usually around £30.00 for southern England and approx £55 for northern England. We are NOT in the Courrier business, so our prices reflect the current diesel pump prices.

* We pride ourrselves in giving the best possible service we can. This includes delivering your luge to your venue in plenty of time (usually an hour before the start). The Luge will arrive wrapped in bubble-wrap. We will set-up the luge (where you want it) unwrap the bubble-wrap and clean-out the Luge channel and make it absolutely ready for use. We will not just drop off the luge and 'let you get on with it'.
